Happy Hormone Summer Muesli

Head to your local bulk wholefoods to pick up some of these ingredients such as: - The Source bulkfoods, Geelong West OR Valerie’s pantry, Belmont.


  • I cup of organic rolled oats

  • ½ cup of puffed quinoa

  • ½ cup puffed buckwheat

  • ¼ cup pepitas

  • ¼ cup of flaxseeds

  • ¼ flaked almonds

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ cup of maple syrup or raw honey

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil


  • Preheat oven to 150C

  • Melt coconut oil over a saucepan

  • Mix together all of the dry ingredients into a large bowel

  • Add maple syrup and coconut oil

  • Pour mixture over an oven try with baking paper and bake for 40 minutes.

  • Cool and place into an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

Serve with coconut yogurt and delicious fruit such as fresh berries, figs, bananas.
