SHIPPING POLICY
A flat rate of $5 is applied to all orders, helping to share the cost of shipping between the both of us.
Tracking will be provided for all orders, so you can see where your product is at all times.
Your order will be filled and dispatched within 36 hours of receiving your order. If it is any longer than this we will contact you to give you an update on your order. Shipment of your order will be business days only.

Something not right with your order?
If you're unhappy with your purchase or have ordered the wrong product, and wish to return it, please do so, unopened via tracked shipping to the applicable address below. We will gladly refund your order if there's a mix up.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you and a refund will be processed. Return mail costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately we do not refund or exchange opened or used products.
