Women's health is an area in which natural medicine can prove so helpful.  Being a woman, you understand all too well how many health challenges we can come across.  Hormones, contraception, urinary tract infections, fatigue, stress...The list goes on!

But diet, lifestyle and a little bit of help from natural medicine can go a long way to allow us to live our best lives.

Our Naturopath Maree Noonan specialise in hormonal conditions and are driven to get their clients the best results possible.  Functional testing of hormones and other possible driving factors is something that is routinely done in our clinic to ensure that we are getting to the root cause of your hormone conditions.

Irregular & Painful Periods

Something that so many people put up with, but shouldn't!  Your menstrual cycle should be between 21 and 35 days, painless, not to heavy with minimal PMS. If this is you, then you should know that herbal medicine may aid in bringing your period back to 'normal'.  But these signs can also be a clue that there may be something underlying causing these imbalances.

PCOS

While polycystic ovarian syndrome is a hormonal condition did you know that there is a strong diet and lifestyle component to it, which can be a game changer when it comes to managing symptoms.  Identifying what type of PCOS you have is also key to unlocking how to manage your PCOS.  Targeted herbal and nutritional medicine may also help to bring the body back into balance a bit faster, allowing you to live your life without having to worry about your hormones, how good is that?

Endometriosis

Balancing hormones, reducing inflammation and looking at how the rest of the body systems are impacting is how naturopathic treatment generally looks for endometriosis.  Keeping in mind that everyone is unique and no two people present the same.

Womens Health

As well as hormone imbalances we see an exceptionally large amount of clients also suffering with womens health issues including thrush, bacterial vaginosis and recurrent urinary tract infections.  Did you know that womens intimate areas are so fragile that they often require assessments from many different systems within the body to get to the root cause? Hormones, gut health and gut bacteria, diet, stress, blood sugar levels...they all play a vital role in maintaining the health of the vagina and surrounding areas.

We have also launched a Vaginal Health Testing Package, providing you with all the tools to thoroughly get to the bottom of health concerns without having to worry about the cost of it all.   To find out more head to our packages & memberships page
